Vancouver Island University Music Department presents a series of end-of-semester concerts April 2, 3 and 4 at VIU’s Nanaimo campus. Everyone is welcome.
VIU Choir Night is scheduled on Monday, April 2 at 7:30 pm featuring the Cantabile Chamber Choir,
the VIU College Singers, Jazz Choirs and Wind Ensemble.
VIU Classical Night takes place Tuesday, April 3 at 7:30 pm featuring student soloists, the Cantabile Chamber Choir,
the VIU Wind Ensemble and special guests, The A Cappella Plus chamber choir.
Big Band Night is on Wednesday, April 4 at 7:30 pm featuring the first- and second-year VIU Big Band and the third- and fourth-year VIU Big Band.
All concerts take place in VIU’s Malaspina Theatre (B310), 900 Fifth Street.
Tickets, available at the door, are $3.00 for adults and $2.00 for students.
