Two Malaspina University-College hairdressing students took first and second place in the B.C. Hairdressing Association's regular show held in Victoria, recently.
Fanny Wong of Nanaimo, shown here working on her daughter Nancy, took first place in the Long Hair Styling Competition. Hairdressing student Marlene Moore of Nanaimo took second place in the same competition.
Malaspina's Hairdressing students, under supervision of qualified instructors, learn their trade by working on clients.
