Five Malaspina University-College hairdressing students made a clean sweep of the Student/Apprentice Hairdressing Competition hosted by Victoria Regional Hairdressing Association of B.C. on April 13.
The Malaspina students competed against student peers from Vancouver Island and the lower mainland in the Victoria Convention Centre in Class A - Form and took home all the prizes from the student/apprentice divisions.
In the Consumer Fashion Daytime division, Hoa Tinh won first prize, Kim Lambert second, and Zorada Castro third.
In Ladies Progressive Cut/Style division, Kim Poirier took first prize, Kiyomi Schulz second, and Hoa Tinh third.
