VIU is churning out world-renowned chefs who are now training up the next batch of culinary superstars.
They prepare some of the most sumptuous dishes ever to grace a white-linened table in the most prestigious kitchens in the world.
From the Fairmont to the Hilton, world-class chefs work their creative mettle to delight their gastronomic clientele. However a surprising number of those chefs do not necessarily hail from Paris or Montreal but are in fact alumni from Vancouver Island University.
