Power forward aims to impress scouts that may be at SISU Copenhagen's games

Nanaimo's Andrew Kaban fulfilled a personal dream and signed a professional basketball contract Monday night at Vancouver Island University.
Kaban, 23, starred as a power forward for both the Dover Bay Dolphins and the Vancouver Island University Mariners. In April, the six-foot five-inch centre received Basketball B.C.'s award for college male athlete of the year at the Langley Events Centre.
Monday, Kaban signed a contract to play for SISU Copenhagen of the Danish elite league.
"I'm really excited. It's something I've always dreamed of doing since I started playing basketball."
