On Dec. 18, Malaspina University-College and the Vancouver Island Raiders Football Society signed an agreement of understanding aimed at benefiting student athletes in our community. This community partnership is intended to ensure that Vancouver Island Raider players have access to high quality athletic and educational opportunities.
