- Development and research of programming that centres on the core factors that promote human resilience.
- Developing and researching psychedelic programming to promote safety and effectiveness as psychedelics re-emerge in Canada.
- Expanding programming to include multiples ways of knowing - honouring the physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic components of human health.
- Cultivating multidisciplinary, multicultural (with a focus on First Peoples) teams that promote reconciliation, the flattening of traditional hierarchies and equity-informed learning systems.
