Dr. Jasmine Janes

I am fascinated by the "big" evolutionary questions like "What is a species" and "How do species co-evolve"? I work on a range of different taxa from plants, insects, fungi and mammals, but my passion is native terrestrial orchids. I am currently working with bog orchids to better understand the interplay between ecology and evolution, and how we can use this knowledge to better manage and conserve populations and communities.
