East Indian Community Supports Malaspina Library

The Punjabi and Sikh community of Nanaimo has come forward with a major gift of $5,000 in support of the New Library campaign at Malaspina University-College.

The Society made the gift on behalf of their members and the many young local Indo-Canadians who have received their training and education at Malaspina University-College.


The gift will go towards equipping the new Library which is currently under construction at the Nanaimo campus. Fundraising for the Library has now reached $1.25 million.
