One of the principal classrooms used for Business studies at Malaspina University-College will now feature a plaque acknowledging a major gift by Investors Group.
The gift of $25,000 will support the LETS Make It Happen Campaign to expand the central Library at the Nanaimo campus.
Brian Prochniki, Regional Manager for Investors Group on central Vancouver Island, made the presentation at the campus today, to Jerry Pink, Chair of the campaign, Ross Fraser, director of community and corporate development, together with Investors Group colleagues Fred Kolodrubsky and Pat Dennison.
Investors Group has been a strong support of Malaspina University-College for many years, and Mr. Prochniki also contributes to instruction with the Business faculty.
