ICCS, VIU and SOS Partner to Open Extreme Weather Shelter in Parksville

Island Crisis Care Society (ICCS) today announced an Extreme Weather Shelter (EWS) will open in a temporary location for 2016-2017 at 223 Mill Street in Parksville.
