Malaspina employees and students will have an opportunity during the month of February to provide feedback on Library service by participating in the Library’s first important survey called LibQUAL+.
The Library is hoping for an enthusiastic response rate to this respected survey instrument which has been used by over 500 libraries worldwide. It will take about 15 minutes to complete the questions online. The results will be used to improve Library service, and will be made available in Fall 2007 after the data analysis is carried out by the Association of Research Libraries.
All Malaspina participants will have a chance to win a technology-related prize offered by the Library. Please be on the lookout for an email about the survey from the office of Dr. David Thomas, Vice-President, Academic.
