Healthy living means making positive choices that enhance your well-being across all the dimensions of wellness: physical, nutritional, intellectual, social & community, mental & emotional, and spiritual. The main reason that most New Year’s Resolutions don’t last is that people try to change too much. It soon becomes overwhelming, you feel discouraged, and ultimately give up and go back to the same old habits and patterns you’ve always had. The key to creating lasting, positive change is taking small steps consistently.
